The water dispenser is perfect!! Very good quality. Quiet fountain. I will test it in the next few days to see if the cats will like it and if the water stays fresh, but it seems like it will.
I purchased it as a spare part, and I am satisfied with the design and convenience, but the motor durability is weak. The motor breaks down after 3-4 months of use.
The bowl arrived damaged, with a large impact mark on the back, causing it to leak. the fountain is completely unusable. i contacted the seller, but received no response. very disappointing experience.
I like it a lot. Quiet.
The fountain arrived quite quickly, in less than two weeks. It was packaged very well. Easy to assemble. My child liked it; we already had experience with fountains, so there was no need to get used to it, we assembled it together. At the moment, I am very satisfied and hope the impression will not change over time. I recommend it.
The Korean package includes a Korean manual, making it easy to operate. I think it would have been a bit confusing if there wasn't a manual instead of an app. There is a Korean typo in the manual, and there are parts where the meaning is completely reversed due to the typo, so Korean readers should take note. When all the water droplet shapes are lit up, it means it's full of water, but when they are all lit up, it says that the flow rate is 0, so water doesn't flow out and it doesn't dispense. I think I made a typo by switching from "off" to "on" when I meant to say "on" when it's turned on.) There are up to 6 settings, but if you use all 6, the water is consumed very quickly, so I'm not sure if it's right to set all 6. For now, I've set up all 6 patterns to take a look at them. There is not completely no noise. Still, I think it's better than a water purifier that keeps circulating water through a pump. It only makes a sound when the water is being dispensed. I'm so satisfied, and when the cats hear the sound of water, they come running to take a look. It's not crude, but luxurious. The parts are all high-end too. There is no spillage at all when pouring water. Our second child at home plays a lot with water, so most of the cat water bottles get knocked over or spilled every two days. I can't knock this one down at all. That part is really, really good. It's really convenient to have no wires. I regret the time I spent worrying. On the official Korean website, it's almost twice the price, but if you look for it, you can find it for around 5-60,000 won in Korea as well. It might be better to give a coupon and have them buy from here.
There is a Korean user manual, and the product is not cheap but high-end.
The cat is still just exploring out of curiosity! ^^
I like the product's finish and quality. Although the price seems a bit higher compared to cheaper options, I think I'll still buy this one again. It's neat and the overall finish doesn't look cheap, so I'm satisfied. It's clear that attention was paid to the packaging as well.
Arrived quickly. Excellent quality.
It's so convenient to use wirelessly.
Looks made really great and comes in good packaging. works very quite, no sound at all.
Everything works very well, my cat is happy π the battery lasts a long time.
Arrived so fast and was so much cheaper than buying locally for the exact same one. I'm so pleased it's stainless steel and my cats have gone straight to it no issues at all.
Love that you can set to motion detect this saves on filter life.
As long as everything is working, the cat drinks water. The sensor worked well, no complaints.
Our cats at home have started drinking water with pleasure. I think it's a good product. I wonder how often I need to change the filter, but other than that, it's fine.
Excellent quality source, this is the second one I've bought, fast delivery!
High quality, large capacity, works well
I am very satisfied with the store and the delivery; the fountain works perfectly, is easy to clean, and my cats really like it. The best fountain I've tried so far, I highly recommend it.
A super successful purchase! Very satisfied with the product, and of course, so are the cats. It's clear that they enjoy the product. The product arrived well-packaged and with all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended for improving your pet's quality of life.
Thank you.
A very good product
